Upholstered bar stools, arched doorways and Visual Comfort pendant lights set this kitchen apart while the Sub-Zero & Wolf kitchen appliances elevate the cooks' capacity to top class. 

The glowing white kitchen spills seamlessly into two modern living spaces—one designed for formal entertaining and the other for casual gatherings. Both interiors feature fireplaces and are generously lit thru windows that overlook the pool area. These living areas are as comfortable and welcoming as they are elegant. 

From the formal living room, french doors open onto a patio that overlooks the pool area and features exterior selections by KBN. The patio furniture selections make all the benefits of indoor entertaining possible outdoors. On cool evenings, by the General Shale fireplace is the perfect place to cozy up on the Telescope patio furniture. 

Down the hall from the living room, the lavender colored dining room showcases sophisticated selections like designer chairs by Candice Olson. Underfoot, the custom chevron wood inlay floor sets the stage for stylish and intimate entertaining. Elegant light fixtures and custom millwork designed by KBN Interiors make this interior truly unique.
